What we collect
- Email address — so we can send you your digest and a verification link.
- Timezone and preferred digest hour — so your digest arrives at a sensible time.
- Screenshots you upload — stored encrypted at rest on Cloudflare R2.
- An API key — used by the iOS Shortcut to authenticate uploads.
What we never store
Screenshots flagged by the vision model as containing sensitive information (passwords, banking details, medical info, government IDs) are auto-deleted before being stored. They are never written to permanent storage and never included in any digest.
Retention
Screenshots and their metadata are deleted 30 days after capture. You can delete your entire account (and everything we hold for you) instantly from the link in the footer of every digest email.
Sub-processors
- Cloudflare (Workers + R2 + D1) — hosting, storage, database.
- Google (Gemini Vision API) — screenshot analysis.
- Brave (Search API) — optional enrichment for screenshots that need it.
- Brevo (Sendinblue) — delivery of verification and digest emails.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from digest emails, delete your account, or request a data export at any time. Email us at hello@iagtft.com.
